What AHC Does

In business since 2000, AHC provides on-site service and support for many Reno/Washoe Valley area small - medium businesses and home users.  Most of my business comes through word of mouth, which makes my client list more like a family than a generic client entity.  It also means that I know each of my client's networks and systems more intimately than would be the case for those companies who use those larger canned or outsourced Information Technology support groups.

My business mission is to foster a symbiotic relationship, to help my clients grow their businesses by keeping their I.T. costs to a minimum.   To provide unparalleled cost-of-ownership advice and support, so their businesses can prosper. The goal being to increase office  productivity through the reduction of downtime, so they will attain an economic advantage over their competition.  

To this day, many of my original clients are still my clients, while I don't take offense at those that have grown so large over the years that they now rely solely on centralized corporate support.
